1. App Usage & Premium Experience

HabitNode provides a premium productivity ecosystem, including a habit tracker, Pomodoro timer, gamified progression, and community features. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app. You agree to use these features responsibly, respectfully, and for lawful purposes only.

2. User Accounts and Data Security

To access our global leaderboard, cloud sync, and interactive social feed, you are required to authenticate via your Google account. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities, posts, and interactions that occur under your account.

3. Community Guidelines & Social Conduct

HabitNode fosters a motivated, disciplined, and respectful community. By participating in the Social Feed, Global Leaderboard, or Direct Messaging, you explicitly agree to the following rules:

• › You will not post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or threatening.
• › You will not spam the community feed, distribute unauthorized promotional materials, or engage in malicious activities.
• › You will respect the privacy of others and refrain from sending unsolicited, harassing, or inappropriate direct messages.
• › You will not impersonate any person or entity, including VHIR Tech staff or administrators.

4. Moderation & Admin Enforcement Rights

VHIR Tech reserves the absolute right to govern the HabitNode community to ensure a safe environment for all users. We actively enforce the following rights:

• ⚠️ Content Removal: We may delete, modify, or hide any user-generated post or social update at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
• ⚠️ Account Suspension & Bans: We reserve the right to issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban any user account and wipe its cloud data if we determine a violation of our guidelines or terms.
• ⚠️ Administrative Interventions: Our moderation team may send mandatory direct messages regarding your account status or rule violations. These administrative actions cannot be contested.

All content, design elements, UI/UX, graphics, features, and source code within HabitNode are the exclusive intellectual property of VHIR Tech. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the application without our explicit written permission.

VHIR Tech reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect new features or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or updates to this page. Continued use of HabitNode after any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.
